Six In 10 HR Managers In Favour Of Working Virtually Even After Lockdown: TimesJobs Survey

The data reveals that 27% of the companies surveyed have created virtual offices to ensure seamless work communication and employee engagement, and another 23% of HR managers said that their firms had been investing in various office collaboration tools to ensure a seamless experience for employees.

Six in 10 HR managers say their organisations will continue to work virtually even when the Covid-19 lockdown is lifted, and among the remaining firms, most HR managers (about 44%) said that they would call only 30-40% of the workforce to the office premises in the first run, finds a TimesJobs survey.

The Big HR Survey: India Inc’s Take On Working Remotely And Managing Productivity survey, conducted among 1,345+ HR managers and decision-makers from diverse industries – aimed to find out how Indian companies have been dealing with virtual working, triggered by the lockdown.
