The use of artificial intelligence in HR management to train staff predicts better performance for the employees as well as the managers.

The impact of AI on Human Resource Management is pushing non-AI employees to familiarize themselves with it. It is essential to any company to keep their workforce AI ready so as to be able to use AI in day to day HR analytics. AI was also found to be beneficial in educating the partners to solve many key business issues. Virtual reality is being used to train employees by a large number of HR leaders. A combination of VR along with AI provides a user-friendly function and is proving to be an effective tool in learning and development.
