The financial institution aims at strengthening the employer-employee relationship by sharing ownership
ICICI Prudential announced its employee stock option plan (ESOP) allotting a total of 14,000 equity shares to its workforce on 13 July 2023. The equity shares will hold a face value of Rs 10 each, providing the employees a chance for growth and success.
The recently announced ESOP programme shows the financial institutions’ recognition and appreciation towards the employees. The institution aims at strengthening the employer-employee relationship by sharing ownership.
