People development, as a strategic concept, should be a collective effort involving all levels of authority within the organization, as it is the key driver of overall progress. Rather than solely assigning this responsibility to the HR department, managers and leadership teams must also be actively involved in shaping and executing people development strategies. This collaborative approach ensures that employees are supported in their career growth while simultaneously contributing to the organization’s business goals.

Embracing this collaborative approach is essential for organizations to navigate complex workplace challenges.
