Revision in Labour Welfare Fund rates in West Bengal
The West Bengal Labour Welfare Board by exercising its powers under Section 9 (2) of the West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1974 has revised the rate of contribution by the employer for every six months from Rs. 6 per head per half year to Rs. 15 per head per half year.
