Despite these drawbacks, many workers are still drawn to contract work due to the flexibility and freedom it offers. It can be a good option for those who prefer to work on a project-by-project basis or who want to be able to take on multiple clients at a time.

In conclusion, the trend of companies looking for contract staffing in India is driven by the flexibility and cost savings that this type of work offers. While it may not be the right choice for everyone, it can be a viable option for those looking for work in certain industries or who prefer the freedom and independence of contract work.
