The Future of Jobs Report 2025 by the World Economic Forum explores how technological advancements, particularly AI and automation, are reshaping global employment trends. The report highlights that while 92 million jobs may be displaced by 2030, around 170 million new roles will emerge, resulting in a net gain of nearly 78 million jobs. It emphasises a major shift in core skills, with 39% expected to change by 2030.
