Selected recruitment agencies to gain access to job mandates from diverse companies and leverage AI-powered technology platforms for efficient low-income management.
Saksham, an initiative launched to combat unemployment in the country after Covid-19, is inviting Request for Empanelment (RFP) to be considered as “Placement Service Providers” from recruitment agencies and consultants. to become Saksham Empanelled Vendor or Saksham Rojgar Sathi program to bridge the gap between industry demands and a skilled workforce. The application process is open till August 12.
Empanelled vendors will be offered access to job mandates from various companies, utilise an AI-powered technology platform to manage low-income workforce hiring, and receive expert guidelines to enhance their growth.
