According to Talent Health Index: India Edition by Cornerstone OnDemand, organisations that exhibit a ‘Sophisticated’ maturity level in Learning and Development, Talent Mobility, and Talent Reporting, specifically in Data and Analytics, show higher customer satisfaction, productivity, and overall performance.
According to research conducted by Cornerstone OnDemand, a leading platform for learning and talent experience solutions, only 17% of surveyed organisations utilise an advanced set of learner-centric tools to streamline talent processes and information. The study encompassed 127 organisations, providing a comprehensive perspective on the state of talent programs across India.
The report, titled ‘2023 Talent Health Index: India edition,’ further underscores that a majority of organisations in India are trailing behind in their talent development initiatives. This emphasises the critical necessity to construct a comprehensive talent strategy geared towards bridging the workforce skills gap and adapting to significant workplace changes.
