India is one of the youngest nations in the world, with more than 62% of the population of working age. Today, less than 4% of the Indian workforce is trained, in contrast to 42% in the United States, 76% in Germany, 80% in Japan and 96% in South Korea. The preparation of our workforce is one of the lowest in the world and a large part of the existing training infrastructure is irrelevant to the needs of the industry.
