Bajaj Finserv’s investment in Pune will Generate 40,000 Jobs

An MoU has been signed between the non-banking finance company and the Government of Maharashtra


A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed by Bajaj Finserv and the Government of Maharashtra under which the non-banking finance firm is all set to invest Rs 5,000 crore in the city of Pune. 

This investment will generate about 40,000 jobs in Pune, according to Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. This is supposedly the biggest investment in the fintech segment in recent years. The project being invested in promises to be a sustainable and environment-friendly one, following green solutions via a net-zero model, and in keeping with global standards.
