Airbus Signs Deal With Traxof Technologies To Automate Hiring Process

Airbus has signed a deal with Traxof Technologies to use its software to automate the people hiring process at the plane maker’s Information Management organisations in India and Europe.

Traxof’s cloud-based software will help Airbus monitor the hiring process for its planned ramp-up of IM resources, especially in India for Airbus digitalisation, the company said in a statement.

Airbus has over 1,400 people at its Information Management unit in Europe and around 300 in Bengaluru, which it plans to increase to 500, ET reported in September. Traxof was part of Airbus BizLab’s startup acceleration programme Season 4.

“Traxof solves a real-world problem that is shared by a wide range of our internal stakeholders with a simple off-the-shelf solution,” said Carlo Nizam, Chief Information Officer, Airbus India and South Asia. “Talent acquisition is the first of many possible areas that can benefit from Traxof’s capabilities.”
